What is included in the STL pledge
The STL pledge includes all the unlocked dragons (full-body), alternate heads and scenic bases as well as digital PDF for the lairs and encounters.
For the busts .stl bundle which includes the busts, breath weapons and damaged variant heads just add $15 USD extra to your pledge.

If I pledge for a resin dragon, do I get the STL files?
Yes! if you pledge for one or more dragons your will also get the .stl for the full-body dragons, this does not include the STL busts.

About the STL files splitting
The files will be split into the same parts as the resin kit with sockets, plus some additional cuts will be considered to make prints better.

Can I select 2 (or more) of the same dragon?
Yes, you can choose the same dragon as many times as you like (up to those included in your pledge level + add-ons)

Will the dragons come with any sort of bases?
The dragons do not come with any base, we do have some scenic bases as add-ons, but the dragon itself does not include any base. This is because they fit in different base sizes so you can base them as you need, and also because most manufacturers of plastic don’t produce plastic bases in the sizes we need

How many dragons can I include as add-ons?
At this point we are considering that you can add as many dragons as you wish but these will most likely ship at the latest shipping wave.

Can the dragons stand on their own?
Yes, they are balanced and were designed to use the contact points that they have to stand. However if we notice that they have difficulties standing on their own we will complement them with scenery items (included for free) so they are more stable

About shipping waves and add-ons / Split shipping
All extra dragons included as add-ons in the pledge manager will be shipped at the latest shipping wave. You will be able to select split shipping to have the dragons included in your reward tier shipped at the proper shipping wave and the add-ons at the latest shipping wave. Alternatively, you will be able to yield the earliest shipping wave and have all your dragons shipped at the latest shipping wave; this can save you some dollars by avoiding split shipping.

Will you ship sooner if production finishes earlier than expected?
Absolutely! In fact we are already taking action to speed things up for wave 2 and 3. Wave 1 will most likely remain unaffected on December. We make no promises though, but this it is within our best interests to accomplish this; the sooner we fulfill your rewards, the sooner we can start working on the sequel of this campaign ;)

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
