Hello dragonbonded!

We just wanted to let you know that our dragons from the Dragons of the Red Moon (the three plastic ones) have been nominated for an ENNIE award! 

We couldn't be more proud of this news and we are thankful to you, because it was you who made them a reality, believing in them since the very beginning as resin miniatures!

In case you are not familiar with the ENNIES, here's a short description of what they are:

The ENNIE Awards (the “ENNIES”) are an annual fan-based celebration of excellence in tabletop roleplaying gaming. The ENNIES give game designers, writers and artists the recognition they deserve. It is a peoples’ choice award, and the final winners are voted upon online by the gaming public.

What's going on with Dragonbond?

Dragonbond is an evergrowing universe and since our first launch with the resin Dragons of the Red Moon we haven't stop working on it. 

There are a lot of products out there and more to come. Recently we've created the graphic novel 'The Rise of Itza' written by Star Wars author George Mann; the board game 'Lords of Vaala' co-designed by Alessio Cavatore, Jack Cæsar and William Burgos, and coming soon, 'Dragonbond Quest', a card game from the team behind Heroes of TerrinothandWarhammer Quest the Adventure Card Game.

Angels in the horizon, new campaign from Draco Forge!

Hello Dragonbonded! 

Today we wanted to shine a light on a smaller creator, our partners who helped fulfill this campaign and many of our other resin miniature endreavors are spreading their wings and launching their first campaign as creators themselves. 

From Heaven

This campaign brings the amazing illustrations by Yin Zhe, to the table in two fantastic scales. 

• 32 mm for RPG characters and board games
• 75 mm for painters that like to put extra detail or collectors that like larger figures

The campaign also includes some cool RPG content like a new playable race the Deva which brings a winged character to play in 5e games, and statblocks and lore for each of the angels. This supplement will grow in size as the campaign does. 

They are launching with 3 angels, but there are plenty more angels to unlock, so lend a hand to Draco Forge in making this campaign a reality!

Draco Forge is preparing a lot of things, so make sure to follow them along to get news on their upcoming miniature proyects.

Hello Dragonbonded !! 

Today we want to introduce you the next line of GARGANTUAN resin miniatures from Draco Forge and Draco Studios set in the world for Dragonbond. Scroll down to learn more!

We are so happy that we are super close to fulfill everything from this project. After a ride with ups and downs, we are truly thankful for your support, patience and trust! The final production wave is almost completely fulfilled! 

Fulfillment update

Gamerati is our chosen logistics partner for this project. Wave 5 finished production a while ago, shipping began months ago and today, finally, dragons are arriving, or being processed in our fulfillment partner's hub on the other side of the ocean: 

•  USA and Canada - Fulfillment was finished between October and November. If you haven't receive your rewards, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Missing DRM rewards" 
•  Australia - Last news we received is that fulfillment should be out the door this week. Once fulfillment begins, Gamerati will receive the tracking numbers and will share those with us. 
•  Europe - Cargo was picked up from Gamerati's warehouse in the USA and is on queue for air freight to Europe. Due to shipping congestions we are waiting to receive confirmation on when it will be on a plane. Once the dragons are received, the goods will be delivered in a few days. We decided to go by air to avoid any more delays. 

We are planning that all dragons should be delivered before the year ends! May your holidays be filled with epic creatures to paint and marvel at.

Dragons of the Red Moon was the first Dragonbond campaign and you all joined into this journey since the very beginning. Once again, thank you! 

Demons of the Hollowdepths - New project at Draco Forge

We are always keen on learning from previous experiences for improvement and that's exactly what we did. Following the success from Dragons of the Red Moon and now that it is close to finish, we launched a new campaign (2 days ago) with the daemons from Dragonbond! 

As you recall, your dragons are the great Azhurma of the Red Moon. They lord over dragons who raid Valerna every 27 years seeking Vaala, an energy from which they are banished and that best manifests in the people of the continent. Alas, a deeper fear haunts Valerna every other day of the red moon’s cycle: the Daimoi of Hollowdepths.

Daimoi were designed by Jason Engle with art direction of Tom Babbey, who created Dragons of the Red Moon! 

The Hollowdepths, is a realm below Valerna's surface where those corrupted by Vaala inhabit: the Daimoi (plural of Daimos), the demonic and brutal overlords of the Hollowdepths (the underworld of Valerna in Dragonbond).  Each Daimos is a representation of their twisted ideals and their realms are just as terrifying. The deeper one reaches into the Hollowdepths, ever closer to the abyss, the more dangerous things get.The dangers that lie within will make you long for dragons.

After learning the big challenge to fulfill in multiple waves, we decided to go with limited print runs for our resin miniatures to fulfill everything in one single wave. We are offering only 200 copies of three of our Daimoi, so get yours while it lasts. 

In Dragonbond, Vaala is the primal force that shapes creation with its three aspects: fai (dreams), id (will), and kaab (source of life). It is a force of magic for Valernians, a source of nourishment and power for dragons. Daimoi are the corruption of Vaala.

These 3 Daimoi are available in resin (150mm to the eye) - Assamiel is way taller due to the wings, around 240mm - or as 3D-printable STL files (pre-supported, non-supported, split and merged files).

Each Daimos has a following cult who dedicate their lives to serving their leading figure. The more they please their Daimos, the more these cultists sacrifice parts of their former life and Vaala in return for power. In time, the most accomplished ones become the Daimos’s heralds.

Remember that each of our creatures, gargantuan and small, come with stat blocks to be encountered using the 5th edition rules of the world’s most famous role-playing game.

 Hi Dragonbonded! 

We are sorry for the long wait with an update, some of you have already contacted us via email, direct messages, or Discord, but it is time for an update to notify all our wave-5 backers about the fulfillment status and backers in all tiers for exciting news (scroll down!). 

Wave 5 - Fulfillment in progress

At last, the last shipping wave —5th— is taking place! The process with customs was longer than previous times but fulfillment started a few weeks ago. Many dragons have arrived to their homes in the USA and our logistics partner Gamerati is now working with other hubs to fulfill other regions.

Here's the status: 

•  USA: Completed! If you have not received your rewards, you should be getting them in the coming days!
•  Canada: to be delivered to the Canadian Freight forwarder and over the border this week.
•  Australia: to be delivered to the Australian Freight Forwarder by this week, then over to Aetherworks by next week. 
•  Europe and Asia: Still working on getting the pallet quoted and data finalized by Gamerati. 

This is the last stretch and we are very thankful for your patience! 

Once you receive your rewards, make sure they meet your expectations, because we strive for the highest quality. There's a small chance that a piece escaped filters from Quality assurance so if you consider you need a replacement please send us an email with the subject "DRM Replacement" to [email protected] and we will happily follow up.

NEW: Demons from the Hollowdepths 

Dragons of the Red Moon was our debut campaign for STLs + resin cast models and we have learned a lot from this project. You made this possible, and together we have built something truly beautiful and unique. Dragons of the Red Moon introduced the most amazing design for dragon miniatures in the world, and it was the cornerstone for the whole Dragonbond universe, which keeps expanding...

On November 30th, we are coming back with a similar campaign, with gargantuan resin miniatures and models for 3D printing if you prefer, but this time it showcases our Daimoi (plural of Daimos), the demonic and brutal overlords of the Hollowdepths (the underworld of Valerna in Dragonbond).  With art direction by Tom Babbey and concepts by veteran artists such as Jason Engle, EM Gist, and Philip Burburan.

Each Daimos is a representation of their twisted ideals. What is worse, their realms are just as terrifying. The deeper one reaches into the Hollowdepths, ever closer to the abyss, the more dangerous things get. Dangers that will make you wish for dragons lie within.

For this first damioi campaign we are focusing on the following:

• Gamazsh, Daimos of Excess.

A diplomat by nature, Gamazsh’s realm sits right in the middle of the Hollowdepths. Here, violence, pleasure and pain are in excess, if only to complete the basic needs required for proper diplomacy among the daimoi.

Ruler of Assamia, the eighth deepest realm in the Hollowdepths. To follow him, to join his cult is to have the privilege to witness his grandeur and lose oneself in his glory.

• Rakid, Daimos of Craving. 

Rakid’s realm is the second, only below the Thornmarches. A passage of incomplete wishes, a vault of wanting for more is their realm. Rakid thrives in the sense of emptiness when facing lack of completion.

Like Dragons of the Red Moon campaign, we are offering gargantuan resin miniatures (200 mm) + scenic bases already included. This new campaign is having a significant difference: resin miniatures will be limited. We are offering only 600 miniatures during the Kickstarter; 200 of each of the Damios in our collection, this will allow us to fulfill in no longer than 10 months. 

Some dragons will be available in limited quantities too, in case you want to expand your Dragons of the Red Moon collection or know a friend who missed this campaign.

What is Tribes?

We were invited to join TRIBES, the newest feature by MyMiniFactory (the largest 3D printing community in the world). Tribes allows creators like us to connect with our most loyal followers and release content on a monthly basis with a subscription model. Since September, we have been releasing new Dragonbond 3D models with their RPG, stats, and lore. We also release an RPG adventure every season (every 3 months). 

November is the last month of the first season with the adventure "Castle of Lost Dreams", featuring models like the Kadhah, the Manticora and a maghyr! 

When you join our tribe, you have access to an intro pack, which includes The Tyrant (Herald of Assamiel) but also 2 dragonriding generals, 5 heroes from Valerna, and their RPG content!

Starting this month, all Tribers get a 50% discount in our complete MyMiniFactory store. So you can get the files from previous monthly releases or Kickstarters at a very low price.

We are VERY close to finish fulfillment for all 5 shipping waves! Thank you for your patience and overflowing support! Your trust was the cornerstone of Dragonbond as a universe and this campaign exceeded our expectations a lot (5 times to be exact).

As you might recall, in Great Wyrms of Drakha we promised that you all would be receiving the PDF for free as an extra thank you, since that book is an upgrade of the Epic Encounters unlocked in this campaign. You should have already received the PDF of Great Wyrms of Drakha via DriveThruRPG, but if you can't locate it, feel free to send us an email to [email protected] with the subject "Missing GWoD loyalty reward" and we will swiftly resend you a redeemable code.

Fulfillment status

United States and Canada 

Final wave (shipping wave 5) is getting ready for freight shipping and you should receive them by the end of August. All other shipping waves (1 to 4) should have already been fulfilled. Contact [email protected] with the subject "Missing DRM rewards" if you require assistance.

Rest of the World

Waves 3 and 4 are fulfilling now. They were on hold due to the new VAT & customs regulations which we promised to be handling for EU backers. Wave 5 is getting ready for freight shipping to Greece.
