Hello, dragonbonded!
It is time for another update. We are very close to wrap the project and luckily, with production being held with us in Mexico, we are not getting affected with the container shortage in China for this particular project. Before diving in the update we would like to invite you to watch our livestream with Tom Babbey, the artist behind the Dragons of the Red Moon.
Wave 1, 2, 3, and 4 should have already received your rewards, if you haven't please let us know in [email protected] with the subject Missing DRM rewards. If you have, please share pictures in social media with us! We would love to hear your thoughts.

Wave 3 and 4 were shipped to our fulfillment partner in Greece 2 months ago and we just got notice from our consolidator in the US that there was some misunderstanding with the receiver in Greece about the orders going out - "There must have been some delays in getting the pallet to Europe, since they're telling us that the pallet only just arrived." we are expecting to hear back in the coming week, we are deeply sorry with the delay this has taken.

Once Draco Forge has finished these waves, they will move on to a new project: Dragonbond onslaught. This will be a kit containing RPG content in a box, along with wargame rules and cards. Our forge will work on the boxes and every piece of material we may need.

But we also have an upcoming Tabletop game for Dragonbond: Lords of Vaala which is the closest release on Kickstarter.
Raid as a dragon or raise armies as a general, destroy your enemies, and cast mighty spells, all to collect power. Once you have collected 10 power tokens, you win the game immediately. Dragons and generals play entirely different in strategy and actions. And all characters in the game have a unique deck of spells.

FIRST AND FOREMOST: Please disregard the previous update sent some minutes ago, which was intended for Great Wyrms of Drakha monthly update.
We planned to post an update for both projects today, which is something we never do to avoid this mistakes, and well... Murphy's law applied... we only had 1 job haha (technicallynot, we do a lot of stuff here at Draco Studios).
Here's the proper update for you, our dear dragonbonded backers of Dragons of the Red Moon:
Wave 3 status
USA: Parcels in the US for wave 3 started arriving last week!
Canada: Rewards are in transit from US to CA but we expect tracking numbers to be sent early next week.
Europe: Right now it takes a good 2 weeks for any kind of shipment to leave the country let alone travel across the Atlantic. This is because of massive port congestion in the USA. These will still take some weeks so please let us know if your address changes. We will keep you updated with news.
UK: We have offered you friendly-shipping so we are talking with our friends from BoardGameGuru to ship within UK and avoid any VAT charges to you. This might cause the 9 orders in the UK for wave 3 to be combined with the orders for wave 4 in May. About an additional month of delay but this is all to ensure you get a smooth fulfillment experience. Thanks for your patience and understanding!
Quality issues? Replacement parts?
It is not uncommon for resin miniatures to require extra attention for the overall assembly experience, however, there's a threshold and we want you to know that if you notice anything odd, PLEASE let us know.
We have been notified about 1 miniature with poor quality (marks from bubbles), and while mistakes could happen during assembly and Quality Assurance step, we want to remind you that we strive for perfection, so if you received a miniature with subpar quality, please let us know! Your rewards should reflect the quality we promised. You can send us pictures of the issues to [email protected] and we will prepare replacement parts.

Freight shipping in progress. The rewards are currently being exported from the country of origin.

3D printable files have been fulfilled long ago, but in our efforts to improve the experience from us, we are working on pre-supported files (we are just missing the wings) that will be sent to you as soon as they are completed.
We have some videos to help with the assembly of your 3D printed dragons and while the resin minis have extra pieces, this is also a good reference for them.

Featuring Baastherox, the Mightiest, having defeated a group of adult dragons with some of them flying away to recover. You can also spot a couple of adventurers taking cover. Get ready to test your party of adventurers in the epic fight against each of these dragons.
We also received the pre-production boxes for the plastic miniatures and they look gorgeous! We did minor changes on the color and we are awaiting the digital proofs from Panda!
Steel molds for the plastic miniatures have been ordered and production is about to start!
MASSIVE LAIRS
We have received some emails from you, asking for the massive lairs. We originally planned to sculpt all them in-house but they are REALLY big and demanding more time so we are getting reinforcements and have partnered with Black Magic Pixels who will sculpt Nixis' lair!

Our third wave has arrived at our fulfillment partner, so we are really close to fulfilling, most likely starting next week.

For our UK backers: we are in communication with our logistics partner Gamerati to work with a shipping partner within the UK. New Dragonbond 3D STL files
We know at least 1400 of you are into 3D printing! And as you may know, Dragonbond has its own fully 3D-printable wargame.
We already introduced you to Allaria and Tyveria, with Ferellon Fulgen and Nagasha Magnifex.
This time we want to share with you the realms of Nahuac and Ysval, with Tetzcoatl (offspring of Kuxcoatl) and Razkzor (scion of Rawraxxa).
The adventure continues in the realms of Valerna! While this is a release for the STL 3D-printable files through our subsidiary company LAIR, we will have physical releases in Draco Studios after production for the Dragons of the Red Moon is finished. But you can join today to our Kickstarter campaign to get your files and join into beta playtesting. Plus, we always offer Loyalty rewards in exchange for your continuous trust and support.
One of the key aspects of the wargame is the modularity with different captains for the units. And while this captains will be available for purchase at a later date on MyMiniFactory, right now you can get them for FREE. Plus our Kickstarters have the best deal for the new releases. We come back to you with more news about the shipping and the progress we are currently making day by day.
Wave 2: fulfilled
USA has been fulfilled a couple of months ago.
Australia parcels were fulfilled in mid-January.
Europe parcels has been sent, we have requested our fulfillment partner the tracking numbers so we can assist you.
If you haven't receive your rewards, please contact us [email protected] with the subject Missing DRM rewards and we will assist you. We have requested tracking numbers to our partners and asked them to send tracking numbers to you but as usual with some projects' fulfillment, sometimes this step is skipped for reasons only our fulfillment partners know.
Wave 3 - Freight shipping starting
We have finished with production, quality, and packaging for the 3rd wave. Today, the cartons have been picked by the freight shipping partner, ready to be palletized and exported to our fulfillment partners.
Fulfillment should start by late February. You will receive an email notification from Backerkit to update your mailing address in case it has changed (if it hasn't, no further action is needed).
Wave 4 - Manufacture in progress
This time, we started with production of all the extras (busts, breath weapons, scenic bases, battle scar parts) all of them are finished and Draco Forge is completing the dragons. Here's the current status:
